	Declan Stone MRICS ASCS Managing Director A Chartered Surveyor, Declan Stone joined Colliers Jackson-Stops in 1991 and was appointed a Director in 1994. As a senior industry figure, he is recognised as a specialist in the development, investment and retail markets.
	Aiden McDonnell B.Comm Associate Director Aiden is currently head of Retail Department, specialising in acquisitions and development programmes for retail clients. He is an experienced advisor in assessing the potential for shopping schemes, including advice on tenant mix, tenant profile and optimum scale, to maximize the trading position of any particular project.
	Jason Miller Jason has been with Colliers Jackson-Stops for 3.5 years where he specialises in retail acquisitions, representing a large number of national and international retailers.
	Shane Cahir BSc (Surv) Associate Director Shane has been with Colliers Jackson-Stops Retail Department since early 2005 having previously worked for the property department of CIE. He specialises in retail acquisitions and lettings on behalf of national and international retailers.
	Keith Ruane BSc (Hons) MIAVI Keith joined the retail agency team having graduated from Northumbria University with a BSc (Hons) Estate Management.
