Less than a mile out of Kinnity village brought me to Moneyguyneed House, Kinnity, Birr, Co Offaly, last week. Located at the foot of the Slieve Bloom mountains, this property is part of neighbouring Kinnity Castle estate and comes to the m arket with a 12-bedroom residence, a range of farm buildings, and c.145 acres of farmland.
