Colliers Jackson-Stops has announced a number of new appointments. Shane Cahir has been appointed associate director in retail. A qualified chartered surveyor, he has been with the company for three years and has advised retailers such as Tempest, Menary's, River Island and Barratts, as well as developers North Quay Developments and Walls Properties.

Paul Finucane has been appointed associate director in the firm's commercial division. Previously with AIB Property, Finucane is also a qualified chartered surveyor and has been with the firm for four years. He specialises in industrial and commercial lettings, acting for clients such as Rohan Holdings, Bosch Siemens & Albion Properties.

Meanwhile, Caroline Ashcroft, who has been with the firm for six years, will take on the role of associate director and office manager for the firm.
