Silver Resort in Slovakia is a ski area in the High Tatras mountains in northern Slovakia. A mixed-use scheme, it is an all-year holiday village with activities outside the ski season. They include cycling, hiking, rafting, rock-climbing and golf - the site adjoins a 27-hole golf course. The scheme consists of studio, one-, two- and three-bed apartments, and four-bed villas. Villas come with an underground garage, private sauna and a fireplace in the living area. Facilities include indoor and outdoor spas, tennis courts, pool and an ice rink in winter. The properties are sold on the basis of 20% on contract, with the balance paid on completion.
