Rod Hayler has joined Colliers Jackson-Stops as a consultant for its investment services group in Dublin.

Hayler has practiced in the British market for the last 30 years and has been acting for Irish investors in Britain for 10 years.

Frank Flanagan Fittings, the furniture fittings company based in Cherry Orchard Business Park, has agreed to purchase a logistics and distribution facility of more than 4000 sq.m. at Dublin Airport Logistics Park in northeast Dublin for €8.5million.

Falcon House is the largest unit available in the first phase of the scheme and follows earlier deals with both DHL and Easons. The development is being undertaken by Rohan Holdings. Colliers Jackson-Stops is the sole agent for the scheme and is marketing the remaining units in the first phase on a sale or letting basis.

Units of just under 1,500 square metres to just under 3,700 square metres are available. Construction has commenced on site and the anticipated completion is nine months from the conclusion of legals.
